Answer Yes; however, there is a one time fee of $350.

Question Is it okay to have guests in my Cottage?
Answer Absolutely! The Cottages is your home, guests may come and go at your convenience.

Question Is maintenance support available?
Answer Yes! The Cottages maintenance staff is available to help you with any issues that arise, from changing a light bulb, to replacing your furnace.

QuestionWhere is the nearest golf course?
Answer The nearest golf course is Bookcliff Country Club, it is approximately 1.5 miles away from The Cottages; however, the Grand Valley is home to over five outstanding courses.

QuestionCan someone else live with me at The Cottages (sister, mother, etc...)?
Answer Yes. There is a second resident fee of $300/ month.

Question Are all activities offered at The Fountains and/or The Commons available to Cottage residents?
Answer Yes! Cottage residents are welcome to join in any activity they desire.

Question Is medical transportation offered?
Answer Yes, transportation to and from scheduled medical appointments is provided at no additional charge to The Cottages residents.
